Any booking can only be confirmed upon reception of the downpayment (25% of the rental price). This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 days. This amount becomes the property of the Owner in case of cancellation except in the case where a cancellation insurance has been purchased. The balance of the rental must be paid one month prior to the arrival date. If a last minute rental is reserved by telephone the total amount may be taken by credit card.
Rental periods begin from Saturday 17h00 and ends on Saturday 10h00. Additional nights will be invoiced prorata to the basic cost.
The security deposit (300 €) which can be paid be check, cash, or credit card, and the administration fee (16 €) are additional to the price given in the price list. The security deposit will be restored once the final check of the chalet has been completed minus any costs to cover breakage or unpaid services.
Prior to your arrival an inventory has been established. We do ask you to check the copy of the inventory that will be delivered to you upon your arrival and report any discrepancy to the reception within 24 hours of taking occupancy of your chalet.
Tenants are requested to:
. treat the rented premises and their contents with proper care
. respect the number of occupants that the chalet is rented for
. carefully ensure that no windows are left open and that radiators are used economically
Any litigious proceedings that may occur between the two parties must be treated in the tribunal of the locality rented.
