Classic Boeuf Bourguignon
Served with Caramised shallots and Tarragon accompanied by Gratin Dauphinois, Julienne of carrot and roasted garlic green bean

Warm toffee coated pears on a crisp base and a dollop of fresh cream

CATERING

Would you like a ‘real holiday’ ? No cooking, cleaning, food shopping, or trying to organise tasty and nutritious meals for family and friends. Try our ‘catered package’, run by professional chefs and chalet hosts (none of which live in the chalet). These professionals will ensure that you are relieved of the everyday mundane chores and can just relax and enjoy, all of this without leaving the warm ambience of your chalet. While sitting around the fire enjoying a glass of wine and discussing the ski exploits of the day, the chalet staff will be busy preparing a delicious and exciting dinner for you. Give yourself a ‘real holiday’, you deserve it!!



Meals and drinks:

  • 7 x Continental breakfast (of which 1 x self service) including fresh bread, croissants, choice of cereals and preserves, cheese, ham, eggs cooked to order, pate, fruit compotes, fruit juice, and hot beverages (tea, coffee, hot chocolate)

  • 6 x freshly made cake of the day, fresh bread, selection of preserves, tea and coffee.

  • 1 x pre-dinner snack served with aperitif (usually on Sunday)

  • 6 x 3 course evening meal (1 day you must arrange dinner for yourself). Please enquire at the reception. We would be happy to reserve a restaurant for you.
    First course, main course, dessert, tea/coffee, unlimited wine during dinner until coffee is served.

  • 6 x day full housekeeping service including end of stay cleaning.



Costs

  • Catering concept : € 210 per person per week (minimum of 8 paying adults)

  • Children (aged 3 – 11 years inclusive) reduction of 50% for every 2 full paying adults, and as long as the minimum number has been reached.

  • A special children’s menu is available, and children’s meals can be served from 18.30 hrs.

  • Children 0-2 years old there is no charge (no meals or drinks included for them)



Please note that there is a supplement of 15 € per person per week for special event/occasion weeks (Christmas week and New Year’s week)


A variation on the classic menu can be provided in case of allergies or specific dietary needs as long as this is specified at the time of booking.
